The Transatlantic Drift Debate IV to be held the 14th and 15th of July on Capitol Hill, Washington, DC. The Prague Society, the AFPC and Global Panel will bring together decision-makers from Europe and the US to exchange opinions on The Role of New Economies between the US and the EU , The Impact of Media on Transatlantic Relations and The US and the EU; Conflicting Conceptions on the Rebuilding of Iraq in an open and frank atmosphere.
The Transatlantic Drift Debate series is about relations between the United States, the European Union and the new democracies of Central and Eastern Europe. It is the fourth of the series in which the first three were held in the Congress of the United States, Washington, DC, the State Representation of Baden-Württemberg, Berlin, and most recently in Brno and Prague, Czech Republic, in the Congress Centre of the Brno Trade Fair and the Seat of the Foreign Ministry respectively.
